AS Latvenergo (Elektrum Drive) follows responsible, ethical, and sustainable business practices, values diversity, and promotes it. Therefore, we consider it important that digital content is accessible to all users.

This accessibility statement applies to the Elektrum Drive mobile application (available on Google Play and the App Store). The application has undergone accessibility assessment using both automated and manual testing methods, in accordance with accessibility best practices:

1. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ((WCAG) 2.1, Level AA);
2. The guideline prepared by the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Regional Affairs (VARAM), “Guidelines for Assessing Compliance with "Accessibility Requirements for Public Institution Websites and Justifying Disproportionate Burden”, which includes the evaluation of 11 key accessibility aspects.

The assessment focused on the five most frequently used views of the application, which are developed as native views and reflect the overall user experience of the application.

How accessible is the Elektrum Drive mobile application?

The accessibility assessment found that compliance with the requirements is generally partial, and opportunities for further improvement were identified. Elektrum Drive is committed to continuously improving accessibility. This process also includes a brand renewal, during which compliance with accessibility requirements will be ensured alongside improvements in design and user experience for Elektrum Drive solutions.
