What to do if you need Home Assistance?
To receive help, the customer must call If P&C at +372 777 1211.
Assistance ordered elsewhere will not be compensated.
What to do in case of electrical appliance insurance damage?
The customer reports the damage to If and indicates the policy number or includes in the claim text that they are an Elektrum customer.
Report electrical appliance damage
For quick claim handling, you must provide:
A defect inspection report from the repair company stating the cause of the damage and the repair cost.
If the device cannot or should not be repaired, then:
- for devices up to 5 years old: an estimate of the value of a new replacement device
- for devices older than 5 years: an estimate of the device’s market value.
If P&C processes the claim and transfers the compensation to the customer’s bank account.
